What began as spoken-English mentoring grows into a multi-language school. The method stays the same — speak from day one, measure progress weekly, correct live — now across Indian and global languages, under the current graduation-cap 'Spoken Pro' identity adopted in 2021.

Formal management training rebuilds the operating model. Mentorship quality, tutor systems, and learner outcomes become process-backed instead of personality-backed — the school starts running like a company.

Three engines go live: the AI Tutor for daily speaking practice, the AI Career Matchmaker, and the AI College Matchmaker. Machines take over practice and matching; mentors stay accountable for correction and outcomes.

The same operating discipline becomes a technology venture. Veriton builds across e-commerce, automation, trust infrastructure, marketing-tech, and enterprise platforms — AI solving real business problems, not demos.
